In this workshop we were given a sheet that had 6 famous Fine Artists along with 7 categories that were: Colour, Line, Tone, Shape/Form, Texture/Pattern, Materials/Techniques/ processes  and Meaning/Messages.

We then looked at each artist’s work as a group and discussed each category one by one, saying what we thought each one meant to the artist or what properties their art had according to the category.

The main purpose of this was to give us a guide line and bullet points on how to analyse an artists work which i found really helpful.
